Update 7- Back on track... soon...


Its been a long while since the last update... I wanted to work on more of the mod, however, school limits my amount of work. This project has been barely alive for the last couple of months...

I will say this... once my summer vacation begins, I will be going back on track to the project. I will also notify anyone who has decided to help me on this project, as that would be a great help.

Until then, very little work has been done to the game. But the demo should come soon should I see a point in the game where an alpha version release is suitable.

For any of you who have been eagerly waiting, thanks for your patience. I will not fail you.

                   -Changed a bit of the translation in what is now Plantlands(was Flowertown)

Update 5

   
              
             -Edited the script for the first part of Headquarters
             -Thinking of changing Flowertown to Plantlands
             -Updates will be coming in more slowly, but don't worry

                So last week was a very busy week, because I had mid-terms at school, so I had no time to progress on this. But I do a lot of work when it finally comes down to it. So be patient, because guess what?
                A demo of the translation is coming out very soon...

         Just so you're wondering... I'm a bit busy with schoolwork, so I only get most of my work done on the weekends. Right now, I haven't found any members yet. Not that I don't want any... I'm busy enough as it is.

Update 3

           
                     - Translated most of the text in Base Camp, will translate more as the story goes on
                     - Now looking for members who want to be part of my group in this project
                     - Will translate the Grasslands next time
       
           No errors seem to have came up yet while I was playing ever since the parameter fix. Did I mention I was playing along as I translate just to be sure everything makes sense? Yeah, I know that might be a tactless approach, but who knows?
          I am also looking for members to join my project in translating this game. I will give out more specific details in time, but for now, if you want to be a member, finish this requirement: Complete the first Cave Story through the secret ending.

Update 2


                -Translated some script from Base Camp
                -Had a parameter error during translation
                -Removed what I think was the parameter error script

           These past 2 days have been infuriating because of some parameter error in Base Camp script. Basically, a parameter are the numbers in some TSC commands of Cave Story. I removed it, however this may cause some future error in the gameplay ahead. So was what I did really safe?
